EVWorld: the EV market slows, but the transition is not stopping
With incentives, still-high prices and the need for better charging networks, EV adoption is entering a more selective phase.
The electric car sector is seeing less linear growth than expected. After years of strong momentum, several markets are now showing signs of slowing down: buyers are still interested, but they are paying closer attention to price, range and charging times.
For Italy, the picture is familiar: without a widespread charging network and more affordable prices, adoption may progress at different speeds. The direction, however, is clear, and manufacturers and governments keep investing to make EVs a practical choice for the wider public.
