Geely is developing 1,800 kW electric charging systems, a level of power designed to cut charging stops dramatically. The goal is to support its future zero-emission models with technology that comes closer to traditional refueling in speed.
The move may not stay limited to the Chinese market: the group is also considering a launch abroad. For Europe, that would be an important sign, because the spread of EVs increasingly depends on charging speed and infrastructure coverage.
