Honda enters the electric two-wheeler market, but range remains the issue

Honda has introduced its first electric motorcycle, a project designed mainly for urban commuting and for markets where two-wheelers play a key role in everyday mobility.
The model, however, brings the sector’s best-known weakness: limited range compared with a conventional bike and charging times that still limit its use beyond the city. For the Japanese giant, the real challenge remains finding the right balance between convenience, cost and performance.
